 Terms Of Service

By placing an order with JLUXTHREADS, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are over 18 years of age, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute JLUXTHREADS acceptance of an order.  We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. Prior to JLUXTHREADS acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required.  JLUXTHREADS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from JLUXTHREADS, for any reason whatsoever.  JLUXTHREADS reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification.  In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, JLUXTHREADS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed.  If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, JLUXTHREADS shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price. JLUXTHREADS reserves the right to make changes to pricing and specifications without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you.  Products are available while supplies last.  All prices and products advertised are subject to change. All prices displayed on the Network are quoted in U.S. dollars.

 

 Shipping and Delivery

*U.S Express shipping is 1-2 Business days.

*Priority mail is 2 to 4 business days for U.S purchases.

*Standard shipping can be 5-10 business days for U.S orders.

*All International Shipments take 6 -14 business days from the day the item is shipped out of the office.

,*Expect delays during sales period, holidays and bad weather days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND APO ADDRESS

  • It takes 6-14 BUSINESS DAYSvia USPS Priority Mail for one to receive their order and this begins after the customer receives a tracking number via email.
  • This time frame is given by the USPS. It can either be longer or shorter than the quoted days. There-fore, there is no cancellation or refund for any orders in case the time frame is longer or shorter because with International shipping, we can not promise a certain day or time of delivery.

NOTE: * We are not responsible for any CUSTOM FEES/TAXES. And these are due by the customer in the receiving Country.

Cancelation Policy.

  • If you place an order and would like to cancel the order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted and this has to be done within 48 hours of original purchase date.
  • Please also make sure that your order is 100% correct before placing an order. There will be no order changes allowed after your payment has been submitted.

 *Customers are urged to contact us by email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily. A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, WE WILL NOT TOLERATE CHARGEBACK ABUSES. Al abusers will be reported to the CHARGEBACK PROTECTION PROJECT, which may affect an abuser’s ability to purchase at other online retailers across the UNITED STATES OFAMERICA. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly FRAUDULENT and/or an attempt to circumvent our POLICY and CONTRACT, we will file a report with the IFCC (Internet  Fraud Complaint Center), the customer’s local authorities as well as with the Better Business Bureau.

 If the product was delivered via US. MAIL or a Post office Bo, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the POSTMASTER or FEDERAL AUTHORITIES. We will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. You are fully responsible for paying all the money that will be owed.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for a lost or stolen package. Your order will not be replaced.
  • All packages have tracking numbers that the USPS update whenever they put their hands on your package.
  • So, if you will not be home by the expected delivery date and time of your package, please request the USPS to hold your package at one of their local post office via WWW.USPS.COM
